Ingredients

  • 3 package Chili Mix for 10 from Crawfish Man (Loureville, LA)
  • 1 cup chili powder OR 2 cups conventional chili powder
  • 3 cans #10 Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 large grated onions (one fried with meat)
  • 2 1/2 to 3 pounds arm roast double grinded
  • 4-6 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3 large cans of Chili Beans in sauce (preference of Brooks)
  • 1 bottle Capt. Bob's Jet Fuel pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups water

Directions

Cook in roaster or crock pot for 8-10 hours.
